Sunbeam Fleece Heated Throw Electric Blanket, Assorted Colors/Patterns

Perfectly does what we wanted: we use it as an (inside) foot warmer for our queen size bed.Pros:+ Size works for us -- allows him to have warmth on his whole side but me to have either warmth or a cool outside portion for my temp swings, and the connection can be out from under his feet and off to the side of the bed+The blanket plugs in to its cord firmly, will not come loose; also it allows the controller to hang down behind and just below the quilt where we can just see it and get to it+ Temp stays very even in the night, never too hot.+ It times out and shuts off a little before morning, which is good because we'd be leaving it on constantly after we get up.+ In summer, the fabric is soft and comfy to wrap up in on the couch if one of us cranks up the air conditioning and the other is coolCon:- Takes a bit to warm up, you can't crawl in with cold feet and hope for warmth for 15 minutes. He made a habit of switching it on as part of his evening routine easily enough. I can never remember, hah.- This is our 2nd one, the first one stopped heating up after 2 years, never knew why but there were no signs of trouble, it just stayed cold. We decided these days it was a long enough shelf life for the price, so replaced it; it was still better than buying another mattress pad style foot warmer which was pricey and failed in time too. Our first electric throw actually outlasted our last mattress pad style equivalent.

Warms quickly and evenly, although like other heated throws, you don't get heat all the way to the edges. It does get hotter than the last throw I had, which is great.I say "time will tell" because I've had bad luck with every Sunbeam product I have owned - they stop working after a year or so or the control goes bad after six months or so - ti's always something. And their repair policies are ridiculous - they want you to return the whole thing, not just the controller, even if that's the only problem. At your own expense, of course. It's never worth it, so I usually end up buying a new controller on ebay or something.Still - they should make a higher quality product.

Very soft exterior; controls very simple (much like a heating pad). Right out of the bag, hooked up, is very large and comfortable and even on Low (the only setting I've tested thus far) it is very warm. My home is unheated (waste of $$ to heat it up) so this works a charm! Colour sent by seller was "fawn" or buff. Bonus: the cord for both the power and the controls were long enough to reach the power socket and my chair. Extra bonus: the instruction manual (which covers more than one of Sunbeam's blanket products) IS clear and concise. No questions unanswered, especially with cautions, care and maintenance.

I needed this for work because it is cold there ALL year round. It is the perfect size and I washed it quite soon after receiving it. I did not dry it on a hi heat nor for too long. It did not damage this throw at all. Wish the control cord was a bit longer but besides that exactly what I needed. Also I received a light tan color which was also fine.

Nice product. Came nicely packaged, prompt shipping. Bummer is the control cord and the power cord are at a "Y" to each other and centered at the bottom of the blanket by my feet! I habe tried turning it the other way but then you have a connector and cord in your face. Control cord is not very long. Works great and worth the buy and good quality.

I really like this blanket. It stays straight when use it, unlike the plush blankets you can find in most stores that you have to straighten up frequently. It's easy to see the control at night and to change the tempeture because it's well lit. Its warm! The only complaint is that I'm 5'9" and it could be a little longer for me. But I would buy another one just like it.

This heated throw is perfect for curling up in a chair or on your couch to watch TV. The blanket heats quickly and having three heat settings is convenient. The quality is medium as the placement and stiffness of the cord is a little awkward and the wires in the blanket are very evident. Bought this for use in our RV but am keeping it at home.

it is ok it turn off to much. I would rather be able to turn it down or up when I want to. I have another one it heat by numbers 1 thru 9 and I like it much better I also have one with a longer electric cord .if it is to hot turn it down to cold turn it up. This one is low med high. you turn it to med and it is to hot turn it to low and your cold. I guess it is better than none.
