Good chair
I think this chair is nice for the money but it's not at first I wasn't sure on this chair but after sitting in it for awhile I really like this chair and putting a blanket over it before sitting on it makes it cozy

Happy with the purchase
This is a good quality chair and I’m happy with it. It’s very comfortable. The one knock on it is that you have to figure the assembly out for yourself. The “directions” are an absolute joke. Basically there are none. Thankfully I’m good at that kind of thing, but if you’re not…you might want to consider that.

This is a nice chair
I just bought the chair because I liked the style. I never owned a massage chair, and I didn't expect this would actually provide any kind of massage. I thought it would be like a vibrating cell phone- I didn't buy it for the massage. But the massage function is very nice, it works, it's pretty strong. People love to sit in this chair b/c of the massage. It's comfortable. It's more than I expected. The heat part really doesn't work, it's nothing like a heated car seat- it's weak, but I didn't but it for that either.

The Good The Bad & The Ugly
The Good:Assembly is not that difficult and takes about 30 minutes but the instruction manual is nearly useless.Decent massage but nothing amazing.Looks great !The Bad:Waaaaaaaaaaay overpriced for the comfort and quality by about 100.00 USD.Should be about two inches taller with a deeper seat for anyone over 5' 4".The Ugly:Based on the materials...I'm not hopeful that this will make it a year without something falling apart. Doesn't feel very sturdy and in fact is a bit wobbly. I'm 6'0 200 even and I feel like if I wiggle too much something at the base will crack. We'll see how it goes.

Surprisingly Comfortable!
I HATE buying furniture online and this order came in with a piece that was not manufactured correctly to allow one side screw to screw in. Manufacturer sent a a new piece immediately and that worked. Wife loves this chair than the traditional reclines that I buy that cost are at $1,000 PLUS delivery. We both were pleasantly surprised!

No heat... what gives? Other buyers got heat.
The seller's images used to sell the chair contain an image of a chair and remote that uses heat as well as massage. Other buyers even reviewed the chair saying how great the heat is... what heat?My chair does NOT include heat (as imaged in seller's product pictures) AND as reviewed by other buyers.I bought this chair due to the "great" heat/massage reviews. If I had known I was purchasing a gimped product, I would have purchased my second choice chair which I know didn't have heat due to reviews AND was significantly cheaper.Very disappointed as I feel the chair is overpriced with reduced functionality.P.S. it was a pain to assemble AND the mediocre vibration is way too loud for what little it does.

Its not American comfort is Chinese comfort
I will not advice this chair to anyone over 6'1 and over 220lbs, it will feel too tight. If you are under 5'8" and under 200lbs this chair will be good for you. The chair is not too hard to put together; I recommend that you get a screwdriver or a drill (allen bit) that will significantly reduce the amount of time putting this chair together. The massage functions work as expected but its not more than vibration. This chair is not sturdy at all, so got to be careful with that. Im not a handy person and it took me about 30 min to put it together using the allen wrench it brought and a allen bit screwdriver. I have to returned because of my size (stated above) not because anything wrong with the chair. I will try to check if my daughter could use it to give it to her. It will be perfect for an average size female.

Love this massage recliner
Love the chair, nice looking, and comfortable. It took a little bit of careful reading to put it together, and we had to correct our connections to the power to the chair and remote for it to work. Happy with our new recliner.
