Electrolytes are important but I didn't realize not having enough impacts urination frequency, urine concentration and waking up at night to 'pee'. I heard a blurb about this so decided to try buying from Amazon since it's a known and reliable company for me. Within a few days, I noticed that my urine was not as 'yellow' (concentrated), I didn't have to desperately look for toilet locations when out, and I slept through the night within a week! This is the beginning of a very good supplement for me. I even looked forward to drinking the lemon flavor, and look forward to my second purchase (lime-lemon). I found that 1/2 scoop suits me better in terms of flavor and drinkability. Another plus is that the jar that the powder comes in can be repurposed to hold other things once the label is peeled off. This is good since jars with product info is unsightly when reused.

I started using this product on a keto diet. I’ve been on weight loss medication for a year and a half, and this has gotten me through being dehydrated all the time. I like the flavor of the raspberry lemonade in the jar. My only complaint is the individual packets taste completely different from what’s in the jar. The jar has a pleasant citrusy taste. The individual packets are just sour.

The taste is good but it does not completely dissolve in water and I always have sediment on the bottom of my shaker bottle. I have to stir or shake it before each time I take a drink to get everything mixed up, when made with the directed amount of water. From now on I will mix a scoopful in maybe 6 ounces of water and drink it all at once.ADDITION: seller reached out to me regarding this issue. This product is quite tasty and and also quite effective. In addition, you get a good yield from this fairly small jar. If you, like me, need more electrolytes, this is a exceptional way to get them.

Flavor was decent compared to others but it left me wanting more. That can also be a personal preference though as I usually prefer stronger flavors, so I did add a bit of my own water flavoring to enhance to my liking. I did notice a slight powdery taste/texture towards the end of every drink as you do find it hard to dissolve all of the powder. If you slightly underfill the scoop this usually resolves the dissolving issue. I love that it came with a scoop but the size is not very convenient if you are using it in the go for an actual bottle of water. Better suited if you are using your own bottle. Overall I think it’s a great quality and quantity for the price compared to other well advertised brands that are becoming way overpriced.

I use this electrolyte powder daily as a workout beverage. It tastes great, has NO SUGAR, and totally eliminates muscle cramps! This was a great find!

I've tried many different brands, and the main thing that is different with this brand is the powder is actually powder. Every brand I've tried the consistency was more salt like than anything else. The taste was pretty good like a light passionfruit flavor. I've tried other brands with an awful taste and brands that tastes artificial. I would buy again, especially for price.
