Healthy ingredients when overlooking food for my 10 year old pittie.

We have a 9 year old lab Australian shepherd rescue. About 4 years ago, she developed TERRIBLE skin issues, chronic ear infections, and yeast. She was miserable and we were going broke! Monthly trips to the vet, daily meds, monthly injections, baths 3 times week with expensive shampoo, and prescription dog food cost THOUSANDS of dollars. Steroids helped only short term and high dollar prescription food made no difference and felt like a scam. We tried making our own food but honestly, it’s enough to cook for a family of 7 and I worried the dog wasn’t getting all the nutrients she needed. Someone suggested whole paws dog food. I thought, yeah right, whatever. A few months later, we just happened to be at Whole Foods and just happened to need dog food. Knowing it’s not good to jump from food to food we kept buying it and started to see some improvement. A year later, our sweet girl is drug free and has a beautiful coat!

Our dog has a chicken allergy and it is difficult to find brands that don't have chicken in the ingredients. I wish they sold this in a larger size bag

We were a NULO family before I tried The Whole Foods brand my dogs had no problems transitioning to this Food in our as good health as they were on the other brand. I have three small dogs

And the ingredients seem legitimate.

My picky dog will eat this if hungry enough.

We inherited a very picky 12 year old dog. I have given away more rejected food and treats than I care to mention. This is our 3rd bag and though he won’t eat it as “food”, it’s “treat” approved. He really thinks he’s getting over on us when he hogs up a 1/4cup at a time. YES, we still have to hand-feed him one piece at a time but we consider this a win. Turns out you can teach old dogs new tricks. He trained us in no time.😊
