I love everything but the strap around the neck.. it did come with finger loops in the right spot... I cut the elastic neck off and sewed on ribbon and sewed on ribbon for around my arm half way down. I wore this to a concert at a zoo, I got many compliments. I’m 5’2... it’s barely dragged on the ground.. I got the smaller size. Print is only on one side but it was brightly colored on the printed side.

Beautiful. The part that attaches to the neck is tight and is made out of a fabric that doesn't match the blue and greens of the wings. It being tight on my neck, that just tells me that it's for smaller people and/or young adults. That's ok. But the fabric not matching I'd kinda strange. Otherwise, love it!
