Microplane 48091 Professional Peeler Stainless steel / Black for right and left hand use

Very impressed the item does the job as expected

This is great - very sharp. But do be aware that it is a heavy peeler at 108g versus my Victorinox one at 20g. Both are excellent, purely on weight I tend to use my Victorinox one most of the time - use this one for harder stuff like butternut squash., razor sharp.

I left it a number of weeks after purchase to write this review, but I have to say that this is the best peeler EVER. Yes, not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It is a quality product. Wish I had discovered it years ago. Worth every penny and does what it says it will do.

This was just what I wanted to replace a much loved kitchen knife that got broken

This peeler is excellent, with the blade being flexible, it’s easy to use, giving you more control, this is 100% better than the vegetable peeler’s I’ve purchased is the past. I was very impressed, and would recommend this product, worth every penny, very happy customer.🙂

Excellent kitchen equipment, No kitchen should be without one. Peeling is made easy.
