Polarized retro-reflective photoelectric beam sensor will detect the presence of all transparent targets. This includes glass, PET, and film. The bright Red LED light source features a unique coaxial lens design where the emitting beam and the receiving beam are on the same axis. This feature provides an extremely small beam and allows the sensor/reflector to be mounted behind mechanical structures requiring only a small opening to sense through. Maximum separation of the sensor to the P250F plastic corner cube reflector (51mm x 61mm) is 2 meters There is no minimum distance separation of the sensor and the reflector. This "No Dead Zone" feature provides many solutions where space is very limited. The beam spot size is 60mm at the max. 2 meter distance. The sensor will also also sense opaque targets and many translucent targets. Has a single turn sensitivity potentiometer and a two-position switch for selecting light-on or dark-on mode. Dual status indicators include a green LED for stability and an orange LED indicator for the output. Compact size (mm) is 31H x 20W and 11 thick. Enclosure protection is rated IP67. Price includes the sensor, reflector, and mounting bracket with screws. Hook up method uses a M8 4 pin QD connector. Molded cables are not included and must be ordered separately.
