Tried for multiple weeks to get the cutter to install and the software wouldn't install. Messaged seller and they are based in China so they attempted to send me info emails on how to install and still didn't work after a week of back and forth emails and multiple failed attempts I told them I'd be asking for a refund and all comuication stopped from them.
