Honestly I don’t know what I was expecting in texture when I ordered this. But it is like a thin layer of fabric stuffed with cotton. Even though it wasn’t the material I thought it was going to be, it’s still super nice and it worked well for my project.

I love the texture, used it for arm knitting a throw blanket and ended up doing finger knitting instead cause I wanted smaller stitches. I am buying 5 more balls with a gift card cause the 4.4 lb ball only makes a small baby blanket.Edit:Got more yarn, made a blanket. For a blanket this size, u need 5 balls total (: it’s 6ft total probably, taller me than lol and I’m 5 3”. I think this yarn is better for finger knitting if u want stitches like this as opposed to arm knitting

The first thing I want to get out there right off the bat is that the yarn is much smaller in diameter than it appears in the pictures. It's diameter is only about 1/2 an inch (1.27 cm), and as such you will need to by more that the recommended amount listed on the product page. In my case that was twice as much.Besides that though, the yarn is very soft and peasant and seems well made. I also got it in two colors (dark gray and light gray, light gray not in the picture) and they were well dyed and pleasant colors. (again however, the pictures for this product are inaccurate and should not be relied on.Now the reason I gave this a 4 star review is because after my purchase the seller contacted me with very useful information and was quick and courteous in their responses. They seem like a genuinely decent person with a service oriented focus, despite the misleading product photos.As long as you're aware of the inaccurate product info, I would highly recommend this product.

It is not yarn folks! It is cloth sewn together to look like thick yarn.

What I received was a rough fabric stuffed in atube, extremely hard to work with. Definitely not the best option for a blanket or pillow

The media could not be loaded.  I like it, two problems with it is, what they tell you it will make is about half. This is one ball (2kg 4.4lbs) made a 38”x27” piece. I will have to order another one. The second problem which worries me is that it had an overpowering smell like gas or some kind of chemical that made me nauseous. And dizzy. So I am not sure I want to keep it. I would have to wash it several times I am thinking to get the smell out of it. It is a gift for my granddaughter and I’m worried.

Such good quality and so cute! I used this to make a purse and it turned out so adorable.

I thought it was more soft from the photo, but it is more like a strong tshirt fabric. Still love it.
