It really makes your joints feel better. Takes about 2 weeks to notice but it is great.

The recommended dose on the bottle is 4 tablespoons (60 ml) twice a day (120 ml). The bottle contains 828 ml which approx. a one (1) week supply. I don't know how beneficial this product is because I unknowingly only purchased a one (1) week supply for $88.99.

Garbage
This product is garbage. Toxic and you can get it cheaper thru vital proteins. Yuck! Made me swollen
