Mass Effect Library Edition Volume 2: Foundation Hardcover – May 26, 2015

This enormous book covers the Mass Effect Foundation trade backs along with a previous online only comic about Blasto and a Free Comic Book Day short about Joker. The book also contains concept art and the last few pages are full page cover art which is gorgeous. Also found throughout the book are notes below pages from writers or artists giving inside information to their thoughts on that particular page which is interesting.It is a bit large as I was hoping it was closer to the Star Wars Omnibus style of collecting comics but all in all it is a very solid way to collect some great comics in the Mass Effect Universe.

I love Mass Effect. I was glad to see this came out, and that I was able to get it at a pretty reasonable price. Very happy with my purchase.

I had not been able to read any of the graphic novels in this volume prior to purchasing. I was very pleased! Stories were good and dovetailed nicely into the Mass Effect in game story line.The book itself is a brick. I read it by laying it on the kitchen table. I don't like cracking the spine wide open with bigger books, but I don't think it would be a problem with this one.Overall, if you're a Mass Effect fan, then you will not be disappointed in this purchase.

Foundation has received some criticism but I assure you, this is a must for any new Mass Effect fan as well as a long time fan of the series . This is now in my collection and it was a good read . Sometimes , the stories felt short or rushed . But it sheds light on some important back stories for many of our favorite characters . Worth the purchase !

Great story set during the original Mass Effect trilogy. A must for any Mass Effect fan unless your first Mass Effect experience was with Andromeda, in which case I feel bad for you.
