Replacement Diaphragm for ALL Irritrol/Richdel 2400 & 2600 Valves

This diaphragm is exactly as described. Diaphragms last a lot of years, but when yours goes kaput, you cannot buy the Irritrol brand at the big box stores. They are so easy to replace inside the valve and it is much more satisfying when you can avoid the high cost of calling out your irrigation guy simply to replace an $11 part. Buy 1 or 2...you'll be glad you did!

I am a dentist, not a plumber or irrigation guy, so I was very pleased with myself for figuring out how to replace this thing. Got the brand and number off the case and Kaboom..........done.

When fixing or maintaining irrigation, the fix better work and this worked.

My sprinklers in this zone wouldn’t turn off. This new diaphragm fixed the problem.

The replacement diaphragm seems like an exact replacement. Fixing these leaking valves is very easy. There are a number of You Tube videos that show you exactly what to do.

After cleaning sticky, leaky valves (pictured) i decided to replace all the diaphragms. So far, perfect. It may be a better idea to completely rebuild them with parts from a new, matching valve.

This diaphragm is slightly larger than the one in my decades old Irritrol 2400T, but it did fix leaking from the lid.
