Nothing really takes away relentless hot flashes, but if you use this properly, it may assist in easing them away a little faster if they stay with you as long as mine do.Aromatherapy is not supposed to be helpful simply due to the smell used. It is meant to work with our natural mental association with smell. You know it-someone opens that perfume or soap you knew when you were little and suddenly memories come flooding back. You instantly feel like you did then.Try using this inhaler when you are cool and relaxed over and over until you associate the smell with being cool and relaxed. After that, try using it when a really mean, lengthy, evil hot flash pops up. Close your eyes and smell it. This could help bring you back to sanity sooner. Keep it on your night table. Maybe you can go back to sleep sooner (use that fan too).I know, girl. I know.

Really helped so I bought for a friend as well. This calms you down and is very effective in stopping the constant barrage of hot flashes when you are stressed out!

They help a little bit but some hot flashes are very stubborn and nothing works.
