Poorly Constructed
The outer shell is well made with the exception of flimsy back straps. The water bottle components are poorly made. The plastic nut that fastens the drinking hose to the bag leaked water in a steady large drip. My shorts were drenched after 30 minutes of wearing the pack. I tried tightening the nut to no avail. Tightened as much as it would allow, but it just kept leaking. I didn't expect much for $15 but I didn't expect a flawed design.

Make sure to clean it well.
I hike a lot, and ordered this bladder to replace my old army-surplus bladder. It works well, however, the cap pulls the bite-valve off the hose if you close it. It holds water and does not leak, which is really all I need it for. Due to the fact that it's dark green, it's harder to see any interior dirt, so make sure to clean it out very well.
