Unreliable, poor quality, one hit and will unlock
The fingerprint reader doesn’t work most of the time. You have to reseat your finger multiple times to get it to read. The ad says it has Bluetooth with the app but it does not, in order to unlock it with Bluetooth you have to put your fingerprint on the lock. Which unlocks it because you put your finger there. But most of all the lock stopped working after a week. It was locked and just completely stopped reading. I charged it over night and still wouldn’t respond. It was still locked so I had to get it off. Which brings me to another point, if you’re using this for real security stop. One swift hit with the hammer and this locked popped right off. Not a whole lot of effort needed.

Good solid purchase, so far.
I ordered two of these for household use. They were easy to charge and program and have worked as expected. I've had them over a month and they haven't needed to be charged or anything. I use them multiple times a day, every day, and they are still kicking. They are much more convenient than a combination or key lock for what I need them for. The only downside has been that it doesn't always recognize your finger if it's wet or dirty (which happens with my phone, too) but there is really no other way to open it. The app that you can supposedly use to open it remotely is crap and doesn't work AT ALL, so if you can't get it to recognize your finger, you are SOL. So far, I've just had to dry/clean my finger and I have eventually gotten it to work, but it was a bit annoying. All in all, I am happy with the purchase and think it works as well as can be expected for the price and with the existing technology that is out there.

If you get one that works, it works well (with dry fingers)
I ordered two of these... One works great, the other, not so much. So it's very hit or miss in quality. It's easy to program and pair with a phone and recognizes my fingerprint almost instantly.One minor drawback is that it struggles with even the slightest but of moisture. I have to completely dry my finger after a workout or shower or it won't unlock.Another issue (that most probably won't run into) is that once it's paired with a phone, it won't unpair. I've tried a hard reset and everything, but it still shows up in my new phone as unavailable to pair/wont give admin permissions.

Confusing instructions but does work well
Instructions are horrible, initially could not get this to charge it just sat there and beeped every 15 seconds. Hot tip, try a different charger (i used a slower non quick charger and it worked). Registering fingerprints was a little tough because I dont think the directions actually match what happens, but eventually they did. Probably wouldnt stand up to a hammer or pry bar, but the fingerprint reader works fast and pops open every time. Still reasonably solid to keep people honest but its no masterlock pro.

A good finger lock - great for kids too
The media could not be loaded. The user manual comes in both English and Chinese - easy to follow the setup instructions. I set it up for my thumb nail and my son’s. He will use it for his swim team practice. And he said it’s easy to open even with his wet and ruffled thumb nails after the swimming. My only question would be - what if it just runs out of battery when it’s being used in a locker room? Maybe I will ask the manufacturer about it. Anyway, highly recommend it, especially for kids.

One main and one minor flaw
The only complaint I have is the quantity of ppl you can use for it. I use it at work and need about 15 people to register but I only can add 12 I think. Plus you can not access the app unless you’re in range of the lock. If those two things were fixed it would be five stars.

Let down
This was not what I was expecting.It’s probably fine for a gym locker if you can get it to function properly, which I was not able to due so I returned it.It looks beefier in the pictures then it actually is. It’s for a shed, I was hoping for something along the lines of a master lock combo style, this is much thinner.You can tell from reading the instructions that there were written in Chinese first and then translated. It’s a poor translation and doesn’t not explain the directions very clearly.I tried numerous times and couldn’t sync my finger, so as mentionex previously, it has been returned
