Very Satisfied
Shipping came as expected. I didn't really expect much but after receiving a was Surprised at how New the PC looked. I added my own Graphics card in which it has slots for different types. It works Amazingly! Performance is Good, Runs my Game "World of Warcraft" with ease, even if I have more than one game running on it at once. So glad I bought this instead of a new one that would have cost so much more.

Nice computer. Adequate customer support. Good deal overall.
I ordered this computer to fix up for a friend, low budget. It arrived very fast!! Nice! For the price it is a very good computer, definitely a keeper. I finally got it up and running for my friend with all their stuff restored from a previous old computer. My friend was very happy with the new found speed of this computer.... it is so much nicer than their old one and works great.Problems and tech support experience:1. When I got the computer, I plugged it in and it would not boot. A message said that there was no boot device. So I opened the case and I found the disk drive just laying loose in the box with one cable disconnected. I connected the cable and then it booted fine.2. While dealing with issue #1, I discovered that the SSD that they sent was NOT the one that was advertised. The Ad read that it would have a 512gb drive and this one was only 480gb. That is why I bought their computer and not others, I wanted a 512 even though that is not a big difference. I wrote a note to tech support and they tried to convince me that it did not matter and that the drives were really the same size. If that is true, why can you buy them separately? For example, you can buy a PNY 480, or you can buy a PNY 500 or you can buy a Lexar 512. They are not the same. They sent me a return label and I returned the 480 SSD. For over a week, they delayed and continued to claim that the 480 was the same as a 512. I persisted in requesting a replacement or refund of any amount to cover the SSD that I had already returned. Finally, after two weeks, they issued me a refund for $40.00 to cover the cost of the SSD. That was a very generous amount since the SSD they sent was not a recognizable brand. In the meantime, I purchased a Lexar 512gb drive, added 4 more gigs of RAM and setup the computer. I had the distinct feeling that they would not have done anything if I had not kept nagging them.3. They tried to call on the phone and talk about the issue. I think this may be against Amazon regulations. I could not understand them because the tech person had a very thick accent and I am functionally deaf. So between the two, I could not understand a word. I think they called me three times and I reminded them to use the Amazon mail system as required because I'm deaf.Even though I did have the above issues, let me repeat that this is a nice computer and it works great now that the issues are resolved. They DID give a generous refund to cover the cost of the SSD since they could not provide a 512gb that was advertised. I would buy from them again if the deal was good.

Tech Support Help very good
Original computer arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated, worked ok for about a week, then blue screens kept coming up saying there were problems. Also said there was no hard drive, but obviously there was.Called tech support, guy went in my computer remotely & fixed it from there. Worked ok for another week then same thing happened. Called tech support again, told them I would either like another computer or a refund. They sent me another one within a few days & a return label for the first one.So far it has been ok, if this one goes wrong I will request a refund. I was very impressed with tech support in India, very knowledgeable & helpful & polite. Told me to call again if I needed any assistance at all.

Good deal on used Dell PC -- but always look inside the case
My OptiPlex 7010 Mini-tower PC arrived on time and in clean condition. It powered up as expected with Windows 10 loaded; good because this is how the unit was advertised. There were two small issues. The bundle included a UPC (power) cord which was in frayed condition at the end where it plugs into the PC. Also, I heard something rattling inside. Upon removing the cover, I discovered that the case fan had NOT been screwed into the case.I messaged the seller. It took almost 2 weeks, but the seller did ship mounting screw for the fan and a good condition power cord. So, all in all, I am happy. I would do business again with this seller.

Decent System
System eventually did work but it took a little tech work to get it up and runningAt first turn on the power light blinked amber which usually means power or component failure. Used the Powersupply diagnostic button showed everything is fine with the powersupply.Luckily being a computer engineer I was able to diagnose the issue quickly. It came with three faulty DIMM slots so only 1 stick of RAM was useable. I was able to put an 8GB stick in the working slot and got the computer working properly. The computer works great. It was snappy, and worked as intended for what was needed. Office work, emailing and web browsing.Don’t know how the system got through the refurb certifications since 3 out of 4 DIMM slots were DOA but in the end the system works like a champ although not to it’s full potential.
