Awesome product !! I started taking this as soon as I got it and I am already feeling really good compared to 10 days ago. My mood has shifted, things that would irritate me before aren't a big deal anymore. I feel more calm, and relaxed, I don't overthink and I go thru the day without stress. I love this product so far and I will purchase again !!

I swear after just using this for a week I feel so much calmer, as the parent of a 5 year I needed this. It doesn't make me sleepy or have any bad side effects that I've noticed and I've been taking it for 3 weeks now. I feel like I've been given an extra minute mentally to think instead of just a knee jerk reaction.Some of the reasons I chose this over the other brands listed is the fact that it doesn't have niacin, I get real bad niacin flush, so I'm glad it isn't in here. Also it has zinc and vitamin D, which the others didn't seem to have.Highly recommend.

I started these for anxiety and milder depression (rather than being on a pharmaceutical) and I could feel a difference in my mood within a few days. However, the resulting gas--I'm guessing from all the B vitamins--was horrible. Debilitating, at times. I tried altering when I took the two pills, what I took them with, taking anti-pills before/with/after taking the Serenity. Still, horrible gas. But, when I take just one pill a day, I experience no unusual gas. Though, the uplifting effect isn't quite as full, either; but, it's enough to make me feel that these are worthwhile.

I have anxiety (GAD) but don’t want to be on any arc meds, so I researched several different products and ended up w three that I would try and this was my first. I started with one pill, one time per day and I was surprised my first day at how less anxious I felt. I then upped to two pills, one in am and one in afternoon, that works best for me. If I take 2 at the same time it seems to induce anxiety in me (I am assuming from all the B Vitamins).There is no euphoria, no tiredness, but just a sense of “wow, I’m not a ball of anxiety right now and it feels good!” My thoughts are clearer. Also, I am able to calm myself down now and do so easily; I can coach myself to stop and breath; it helps me be mindful and feel grounded and the feeling of reassurance that “everything will be ok”. I am feeling more calm overall and it has helped make it easier to control my nerves, even when the situation is hectic. I still get overwhelmed sometimes but not nearly as often. So far, so good! It’s been a week.

My days at work are often stressful, to the point I sometime gets anxiety attacks —shortness of breath, constant worry, feeling dizzy and nauseous. I stumbled on this product and man, this is just what I needed: a shot of zen in a capsule!I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks now and have definitely noticed feeling a lot more relaxed throughout the day and able to operate under stress. And all that with no grogginess. Highly recommended and will definitely placing another order!

I took serenity for depression and it worked on day one, day two and now day three! The only thing I seem to be eating more wheat on day three but I will change that and get back on my spinach salad and chicken tomorrow. I have tried every pill on the market for depression, accupunture , mediation but nothing worked but this. I just dont want to gain any weight as I am too old and being any fatter is not heathier for anyone. Remember I have tried every depression medication for this and got worse, but now I am happy for the first time in a long time. If you have tried everything and not helping then try this!! No try this first it worked for me,,. I did get blurred vision and weight gain but I get the too with antidepression medication too, so not sure if this is worth taking or not. It is not healthy to be over weight and I cant drive with this pills as I , get blurred vision. I just guess I will have to tough it out.

I work at a job with ultra-high expectations. Days with long working hours are not uncommon. I often find myself in constant stress and anxiety. I have tried several Anti Anxiety and Stress Relief Supplement supplements on Amazon and this one is the only one that seems to do the trick. I started to have a better night sleep thanks to the decrease in stress level. I am also able to focus more and feel less drowsy during the day. Thank you, seller! Keep doing what you're doing!

Have been taking these over a month, suffer from bad anxiety....and they are seeming to be working. Dont look for a Xanax calm but you definitely feel less on edge and in a time like this we need that sense of calmness. Size wise theyre pretty large, so take one at a time so you dont choke on them. Reduced stars based off of bad customer service. Dont expect that free bottle advertised in the product because its a scam. Mine was sent back to seller due to an "address problem", but I seemingly had no problem with the address when I paid for them. They came straight to my door. When I tried to contact customer service their response was "Thanks for the update." Rude. Had they not been working so well I would probably not buy again based on customer service alone.
