Well made
I used this in a 24" crawl space, and it works fine. Much neater looking than a few blocks stacked. Shipping seemed to take a little while, but I was not in a hurry, so I was alright with it.

It is easy to install and is built strong
It was just what I needed to add extra strength to the floor where I wanted to put 2 deep freezers side by side. It is easy to install and is built strong. I put 2 of these on a solid 3# concrete blocks on the ground and used them to support a runner under the floor joist.

Excellent product!
Perfect item for fixing floor that needs a little support! Used one under my house to stabilize a small space in the floor. MUCH easier than hauling blocks, shimms and 30 ton jack around the crawlspace. A little light to take the place of a block pier but perfect as a helper for a space that needs some help.

Does the job
I should warn you that I did not use this as an actual floor jack. I used it to support a kitchen counter that previously had a dishwasher cabinet underneath. Dishwasher had to go; We had to replace the flooring underneath which was rotted out. We are not re-doing the kitchen as the house is on its last legs and not worth the expense. However, the counter is still being used, was unsupported on its end and sagging. The jack fixed that problem. However, I found the nuts and bolts that hold the two pipes together extremely hard to use. The heads of the bolts were round and shallow sloped so it was difficult to hold them with a wrench or pliers of any sort. The nuts were very hard to tighten. Threads were coarse and required the leverage of a wrench from the first turn. I had expect to be able to hand tighten these down to the pipe surface then use a wrench to snug them up. As it was, I was only able to get them down to the pipe surface, but they are not tight. But, since their only purpose is to prevent the inside pipe from slipping out of position this should be adequate for my use. I did screw a chunk of 2" X 4" on to the top plate, so I would not have to fully extend the jack to its maximum range. It was easy to use once assembled and I used a level on the counter to know when to quit adjusting the jack. So far so good. I did not screw it to the floor because I would have to go thru tile to do so and that is not in my skill set. If it slips out, I will get a piece of 18" X 18" plywood to screw the bottom plate to and spread the support pressure that way. Probably should have done that to begin with, but I am an old, arthritic and trying to do the minimum work I can. If you are using this to actually support a floor, I don't know how easy it will be to set up and adjust in limited space. You should be young, strong and have the right tools, and probably a helper.

Lifts heavy load safely.
Used to level a 3 ton Trane HVAC air handler unit which had gotten out of level due to OSB platform board getting wet. Worked fine. Tip - use 8-10 inch level with magnet on one side of level (in order to attack to this jack) to insure the floor jack is level before putting "major" stress from weight of item, you're lifting.

If you have any clue what these are for then you will have absolutely no problems with this. I've done Foundation repairs for years and these beams work just fine. I'm able to jack up a house and level it off just fine, no bending or moving.
