Little Tikes Backyard Barbeque Grillin' Goodies

Excellent little set to go with the matching Barbeque grill!! Good quality and no choking pieces that I could find. Material is thick and not flimsy. Fun for my kids to play with!!

My little granddaughter is in the stage where she loves to play in her little toy kitchen. This set introduces a new variety of food to the menu. I particularly like that this set is consistently scaled. Everything fits together and seems realistic.Other plastic food packages that I have gotten have unrealistically scaled foods so you end up with a slice of watermelon that is smaller than a pile of green peas and a whole carrot is smaller than a fried eggs. Just because it's meant for children doesn't mean that some care shouldn't go into the design and planning of the set.With this set, she can present a plate that looks like something you would actually like to eat. We both appreciate that.

Great value, no assembly required, and durable, I plan on buying more items like it.

I bought this for my 3 year old nephew who loves to play pretend with food. The corn, hot dogs, and burgers were all well made and very realistic, but there is no way the burger stays on the bun. This can cause a little frustration. I feel the bun could have been designed in a better way to hold everything together. Otherwise, a very nice set.

Very sturdy and tough product will last a long time.Burgers and hotdogs slipped off the buns so I put Velcro in between so my 2 yr old grandson could hold the burger without it slipping apart!

I absolutely love this set! I got this set for my nephew to go with the Step 2 Grill that I got him, and honestly I wish I would have spent more and just gone with the Little Tikes BBQ as well. You could clearly tell that these were made from a thicker, more sturdy/heavy duty plastic (which is what you need for two little boys.) Sadly the grill was a very lightweight, almost see through plastic. I need to stick to my guns in the future and only buy Little Tikes, their products just seem to wear and hold up so much better than most other brands. The Melissa and Doug sets are great too, but when you're comparing the two side by side for 1-3 year olds, it's better to go with the plastic over the wood to prevent any accidents when kids excitedly chuck toys up in the air, or at each other. Also, I've noticed most kids love to mimic the things you do, so if you and your family grill a lot, or prep food in the kitchen, they'll love to show you how they can do the same with this set. :)

The most delicious plastic food my Grandkids have ever grilled and served. I highly recommend buying this for your Grandchildren, but I am unsure of the nutritional value. People say you shouldn't eat hot dogs, but when they are plastic and made on a fake grill I don't think they can cause cancer. Additionally, when my Grandson stabbed his brother with the included bue fork, it barely broke the skin because the edges are curved so we didn't have to cancel the BBQ to go to the ER - Little Yikes thinks of everything!!! The invisible ketchup was very spicy, but it never stained my clothing. The invisible mustard was a bit tart, it has a real kick so get ready to down a few cold beers afterward. The more beer I drank the more delicious this food became. I told the Grandkids to keep serving Grammy BBQ! This kept them busy for a full 14 minutes, which is a record for a 1 and 2 year old. I highly recommend buying this kit - you will never go hungry pretending to eat plastic food with invisible condiments. Your Grandkids will enjoy it too!
