Looks Good From a Distance, Terrible Performance
I bought this unit as a cheap temporary replacement for the existing aftermarket CD deck in my '76 Malibu Coupe... Install was easy, looked great from a foot or two away; the blue lighting matched my aftermarket interior lighting and the double-dial display was unique and fit in extremely well with my dash layout.Up close, the plastic on the faceplate looks and feels cheap, but what the hell... it IS cheap. It looked decent enough from the driver's and passenger's seat that I was daily prepared to overlook that. The massive and inexcusable failure: This deck sounded freaking awful. And hey, maybe I got the only defective one in the world... but since no one else has reviewed this product yet, I can't really speak to that. What I can say is that in MY unit, the sound processor was clearly terribly defective... the mid and high frequencies were reproduced decently, but the bass reproduction was awful... no low end at all, and if I EQ'd up the bass, the bass started distorting. The old CD player this unit replaced had less (in theory) power per channel but sounded easily three times better. And yes, all my speakers are brand new and I checked my wiring, my polarities, my power input voltage and my ground wires, I even messed with the speaker wiring a bit thinking maybe the factory mislabeled the polarities of the deck's speaker hookups... pretty much tried every possible thing... and no go. Spent two days messing with it before I finally yanked it back out and threw in a (slightly) more expensive Dual deck... which sounds great.Granted, like I said, maybe there was only one defective unit in the world and I'm the one that got it, but I still canNOT, in good faith, recommend that anyone ever buy this product.

Buy tooth picks, you are going to need them!
This thing is crap, it was $50 to much. I have to reset it , with the tip of a tooth pick, every other day just to be able to use it. The radio sucks, the blue connects ok, but the mic is almost useless and when you try and disconnect the blue tooth, 30 secs later it will connect again and nothing works. Even if you turn the unit off, it will still try and connect. Ripping it out the car this weekend and putting in a plastic cup, it would be more fun!

Buy a different stereo!
Bottom line is that you get what you pay for. The deck works but the volume doesn't stay at any set level and when you adjust it the volume may go up or it may go down. Not cool. It's just a cheaply made deck. Plain and simple. Buy a different stereo.

You get what you pay for
Reception is horrible, stations fade in and out that any other radio never lost. Worst yet it has no random repeat memory so can play the same song twice in a row. I have had it play the same 3 songs in succession 4 straight times. Install is easy and looks good though.

Hey, it still works!
I bought this unit for my track car because I get bored when sitting in the hot pits waiting for my turn to race. It has blue tooth, that works surprisingly well. It even receives calls from your phone, but the speaker is not great. My car is loud, so I have to turn the music to the maximum levels. I also have 40$ speakers, so it doesnt sound that bad considering all the cheap electronics. Was going to give it two stars for just looking and feeling cheap, but I gave it an extra one because it is still working. Can't really argue, for the price, I'm surprised it turned on haha.

Bought for occasional usage
Was a little put off by the lack of name recognition and reviews for this unit, but given the price and that I was installing it in a camping trailer I only use a few times a year, I decided to bite the bullet. Installation was pretty easy, except for the fact that the included wiring harness was a tad short for this install. Overall, the unit operated well and was relatively easy to set up. Worked as advertised during our weeklong Memorial Day camping trip.I will update should something go wrong with the unit in the near future.
