A good mix of items
This is really good set. I bought it for my son to help strengthen his hands and help with handwriting. You get a nice mix of items that you can use so it does not feel repetitive doing the exercises. The one that is a bit like a stapler can be tightened so much I can't squeeze it so will be good for adults as well as children

The large hand grip was not in the box.
Can’t comment on the durability etc as I’ve just opened the package.The main adjustable hand grip was not in the package. As I have broken both of my wrists this year I was looking forward to using this. The other blue springy thing looks ok, but not as good as the larger hand grip.

Very helpful equipment does what it says it does and helps strengthen your hand. I brought as i dislocated and fractured my hand and has helpped my recovery massively
