Nuthin Fancy Outdoors in the Box Bass Trout Walleye Crankbait Fishing Lures, Lot of 16

Only thing stopping me from giving this a 5 star rateing is the cheap hooks and split rings , but I went out and bought some quality split rings and Treble hooks for 10 dollars , Now they are swapped out these are far better lures and will be hooking fish left right and centre . The hooks they came with would be good for the occational angler but I fish lots , and just wanted to rule out any missed fish especially them 10 + pounders . These hooks are awesome and catch fish . You cannot be disipoint for this deal , go to your local tackle shop pay 4-6 dollars per Crank or spend 20 or 30 to upgrade the hooks and parts and your laughing all the way to the leader board . DO yourself a favor pick these up and the fish will hate you forever .

Lures look nice . Tried them out the other day . Most worked just fine. But on one of the deep diving lures the lure lip " The piece on the front that makes it dive " started to come loose ! causing the lure to shoot off to the right ! Then came off in my hand . Looked like it had been attached with water soluble glue ! I can fix them but this should not have happened !

I haven't had a chance to actually use these lures yet but wanted everyone to know that I think they are painted well and look very functional to me. I did not think they would be as well done as the ones I had seen at Wal-Mart but they are exceptional. These look exactly like the ones I looked at yesterday at Wal-Mart, but they were priced at $3.98 to $4.98 each and some of the long slender ones were as much as $5.98 each. I think this set of 16 is a great variety, exceptionally priced and I hope to get to use them this week-end. May God Bless.

Pretty much detailed, and some of those lures look like antiques, which my husband liked a lot. Woul have liked if there were'nt as many duplicates in the same box. Have not try to fish with them yet, but come spring, all the men in my family will try them out. I liked the individual little cases they came in. Made my life easier.

This was a gift for a hunting lodge that sits on a river in Campeche, Mexico. The ranch-hands would just use fishing line and a small hook and feather to fish with - no fishing pole. The next time I visited them, I took them a bunch of fishing gear to upgrade their equipment.

I can't slam this product because it is very inexpensive. These are not top end lures. You are not paying top end prices.HOWEVER! They would be great for young kids who want to try lures, they can lose them and it won't cost you much.Again, you get what you pay for.

The baits look great, have not tried them on the water, but they seem like they will work just fine. My only problem is...that every single hook on all 16 baits has this little bit of plastic that is covering every hook. They won't just pull off, because they have a barb, so I am going to have to cut them off. Around two treble hooks per bait, that means just about 100 pieces of plastic that I have to cut off before I can even hit the water with them.

While a good value at only $25.99, I was disappointed to find that this lot of lures was essentially a variety of 8 lures and 1 lure of 8 different colors. Glad to have more lures but I will certainly not be recommending this product to any of my fellow anglers.
