Works as expected. Received a well packaged screen installed onto my printer and it works, I can finally see what I'm selecting on screen rather than winging it from memory.

good replacement screen

This was an easy plug and play replacement. The only Con was the knob that comes with it doesn’t fit but the knob from the original unit worked perfectly. I would buy again if I needed it.

Works well good cheap replacement

I installed this in my ender5 after changing the mainboard. The old screen would jump back and forth and was annoying.This screen did not correct the problem, even though someone on Redit said it might. Long story short, just scrap your old machine and do not put any money into it, I sold my ender5 on ebay for parts.

I really should not have had to replace this as the printer was only a month. But faster and cheaper and easier than hassling with a warranty claim. Easy swap, has been working fine since.

Worked perfectly with my Ender 3 Pro,took 5 minutes to install and was up and running again. Don’t expect anything from Creality, printer had approximately 5 hours when the display failed, emailed them never received a response so I got this part and that took care of the problem, other than that I love this printer.

The potentiometer soldered to the board is of such low quality that trying to use the knob quickly gives you the exact opposite results. Trying to calibrate my machine from 93 steps/mm to 140, but spinning the potentiometer quickly gives me negative values, so I have to sit here turning the knob slowly for 17000 hours to get to the number I need. Giant pain in the ass that makes the purchase not worth it.Seriously, do yourself a favor and either DONT buy this, or if you have to, desolder the crap potentiometer and scavenge the one off your old, dead board. This board is more headache than it's worth
