JM is without a doubt my fav. author..... however, and this is huge.... after reading every book of hers, at least 6 times ( some 7 or 8 times).. I feel parts of this book were not written by her. too many parts were skipped over too fast. .... too many details left out ... for example ..after Danny was put on the plane...he was never mentioned again. and he was an important part of this story ... maybe J M let someone else try to finish piecing together the book for her, because she was too overwhelmed with other things going on in her life at the time. or maybe she was just burnt out. I dont know... I can only say this was not typical J M for me. dont get me wrong... enjoyed the book, even with the feeling, it wasnt all JM writing. just a bit of a disappointment to me, compared to her other books. did anyone else notice the cracks in it that I did ?? could it have been the fact it stated it was a "novel ",, ?? none of her other books have stated that, on the cover... 3 stars only

A modern day fairytale resplendent with all the elements necessary to have a Happily Ever After.I don’t want to give it away so I’ll just say Judith McNaught has written a wonderful story about the most handsome prince and charming princess.They fall in love after only 3 days and both say it was meant to be. There’s obstacles a plenty but they are strong willed and very romantic. The villains are family members and they have secrets.I think you’ll love it!

I absolutely loved each book in this series and love getting updates on characters. Loved how quickly Kate and Mitchell feel for each other. But she has a boyfriend and things get really complicated. My heart broke for them. Will they ever make up? No worries, there’s a very happy ever after. I highly recommend this book.

Her style of writing captivated me from the first. She gives you a full storyline with no holes and best of all, she intertwines memorable characters from previous books into new ones. So it is like you are visiting with old friends. Her heroes are swoon worthy and her heroines are likeable and spunky. Kate and Mitchell are no different. I've lost count how many times I've read their story!

When I read a wonderful book it motivates me to immediately buy another by the same writer. Many times this has not worked well for me. This is one of those times. I loved Kingdom of Dreams, Paradise, and Once and Always. This story had no depth. It did not hold my interest and I found the characters flat and uninteresting.

Breathtaking! What a beautiful love story. It has romance, a beautiful Irish lass and a handsome tycoon that are meant to be together. So many books nowadays are all about sex and the romps in and out of the bedroom. Not this book. If you are looking for a book to fall in love with, Judith McMaught is the author for you. I have read all of her books and every one of them are good. This one is great!

Judith McNaught is, next to Jane Austen, Pamela Aidan, and Georgette Heyer, one of my favorite authors and she has another winner in this novel. I was introduced to her books by a librarian many years ago and I have read every one and never been disappointed. Mitchell is another hero that all women love to read about and I highly recommend it.

Another Amazing book!!! She doesn't follow the standard rules of a Romance novel, she cuts her own path with humor, emotion and highly developed characters. If you haven't read her you are missing out. I just wish she had more of her books on audible. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good HEA full of emotion.

I am a huge JM fan and own many of her books - this one, although better than 'Someone to Watch Over Me' was still too short, rushed and overall I felt there was definitely something missing. All her historical novels are excellent but somehow I don't enjoy the contemporary ones as much (even though Perfect and Paradise are my faves!)All in all, an average read - not up to usual JM standards...

Bought as a gift so I cannot comment further, but it was requested specifically so I assume the giftee wanted it.
