It DOES work!
No instructions! For the mechanically challenged here you go. Yesterday I wrote a review after trying and trying to make this tester work. Just before pitching it in the trash I tried pushing the battery against the little metal staple bar below the panel that indicates the charge.THAT'S the trick. The vertical panel becomes dark when there is a full charge and as the batterycharge diminishes so does the darkened area. I hope this lasts as long as my last one.

Came To Me Broken and Without Instructions
The device came with a short of some sort, and the digital reading would fade in and out. Didn’t bother to return. Though if it had worked properly, the device would have been helpful to determine if hearing aid batteries were good/bad, or in need replacing.
