Not great but pretty good.
Easy to clamp and release. Can’t take much vibration. The anchors (2 nuts & bolts) provided are ineffective and the spacing of the slots doesn’t align with most tables. I bought some tee bolts and screw downs which helped to secure the clamp, which improved functionality.

IT WORKS
Not the sturdiest vice but adequate for small light duty work. Completely satisfied with purchase.

Pleasantly surprised
Took a chance that it may be a decent vise. 7 bucks is a bargain! It seems to work smoothly and tightens well, didnt twist up when i tightened it. It will have its limitations do to its size, but i would recomend it for small work. This review isnt about "hey for 7 bucks it works good" this actually works, like i would have been happy if it was 20 bucks...

VERY LIGHT DUTY!
The fit of the movable jaw is VERY sloppy. It's hollow die cast aluminum with no machining on any of the two castings. I wouldn't trust this in a drill press except for soft wood maybe. I knew It didn't look like much in the picture , but I just wanted something to hold my hearing aids while cleaning. I only have use of 1 hand & this would be my left hand. I think I can make it work, but this vise has no place in a shop. Update 1-20-21: Took off 2 stars from original 3 star rating. The action is S-O-O SLOPPY that it's pretty much useless to me. I can't use it at all. It is just a piece of junk

Broke trying to use it the first time!
The vice is made out of pot metal and so are all of the inter components except the screw. The quick release button is also made of pot metal. So the less little bit of tension of steel threads on pot metal threads and the pot metal breaks. It breaks very easy. I do like the small design so I fix mine using a 3/8X16x5" bolt and (2) 3/8X16 sleeves. Now all the parts that need to be strong are made of steel. There is no longer a quick release button but I can live with that. The vice is crap and will break very quickly if you put any kind of pressure on it.

Junk
Not real happy with the vice ! Very poorly made ! Moving jaw moved so bad it won't hold small part STRAIGHT to drill any thing. Looking for another vise to do my work THIS ONE IS GARBAGE!!

I like it enough that I intend ....
... to get a 2nd one after using this one for another month or two.I use this type of VISE (and yes on the box it IS spelt incorrectly as VICE of which I have a few) for many things.Definitely has value for the money and so far is sturdy enough for my needs. As far as "sheerness" goes, WTF does that even mean in relationship to a vise?
